Customer Registration & KYC Verification
A certified Mahadani Chits field agent in your area visits your premise. They capture your legal identification (Government ID, passport photo, shop proof) and submit your profile for institutional Admin review.
Passbook Account Activation
Once verified, an official Pigmy Passbook Account Number (e.g. PGM-7801-002) is generated with your agreed daily savings target (₹100, ₹200, ₹500, etc.) and tenure duration.
Daily Doorstep Visit & Instant Receipt
Your assigned field representative visits your counter every working day. You can pay via cash or scan our verified UPI QR code. The agent enters the collection on their mobile device and issues an instant cryptographically signed receipt.
Online Account Tracking & Maturity
You don't need a password or complex login. Simply enter your Passbook Account Number on this website to inspect your running balance, recent deposits, and download an official PDF statement at any time.
